About the IITA Graduate Internship Programme
The IITA Graduate Internship Programme is designed to help recent graduates build practical skills and gain workplace experience in a professional research environment. Successful applicants will work alongside experienced professionals while contributing to initiatives aimed at addressing food security, poverty reduction, and sustainable agriculture.
Current internship opportunities are available in Finance and Medical Services.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements depending on the position:
Finance Graduate Intern
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or related fields.
- Completion of the NYSC programme.
- No more than two years of post-NYSC experience.
- Professional accounting certifications or ongoing qualifications are an added advantage.
Medical Graduate Intern
- MBBS or MBChB degree.
- Completion of NYSC.
- Valid annual medical practising licence.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
