Xabi Alonso has a difficult task of getting Chelsea back towards the top of the Premier League table, and Rafa Benitez thinks his compatriot has what it takes to succeed at Stamford Bridge.
Benitez coached Alonso during his days at Liverpool, when the Merseysiders achieved the famous “miracle of Istanbul” in the 2005 Champions League final, as well as at Real Madrid a few years later.
