Going to the 2026 NASCAR race weekend at Richmond Raceway? Have you secured your spot at the track?
This year marks Richmond Raceway’s 80th anniversary.
Presented by Who’s Your Driver, it features the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race and NASCAR Cup Series Cook Out 400. Both run under the lights Aug. 14-15.
“Bringing Saturday night racing back to Richmond Raceway had everyone showing up and showing out, igniting an electric atmosphere from the fans in the stands and the drivers on track,” said Lori Waran, president of Richmond Raceway. “We can’t wait to welcome fans back for the 80th, our most exciting chapter yet.”
The last Cook Out 400 at Richmond Raceway saw Richard Childress Racing driver Austin Dillon get redemption and once again secure the victory in front of a packed house, racing his way into the Cup Series Playoffs. NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series driver Corey Heim also scored big in Richmond in 2025, earning his seventh victory of the year, helping him toward his record-breaking season of wins and eventual championship.
The races begin at 7:30 p.m. Friday with the Truck Series Black’s Tire 250, followed by the Cup Series taking center stage at 7 p.m. with the Cook Out 400.
