FUPRE Post-UTME/DE 2026: Cut-off mark, Eligibility and Registration Details

​Commencement Date: Monday, 25th May 2026

​Closing Date: Friday, 17th July 2026

​Screening Fee: N2,000 (Two Thousand Naira only)

​To be eligible for the screening exercise, prospective applicants must meet the following requirements:

​UTME Score: Candidates must have scored a minimum of 160 in the 2026 UTME 

​Institution Choice: Candidates must have chosen FUPRE as their first choice university or completed a change of institution to FUPRE on the JAMB portal.

​O’Level Results: Applicants must possess at least five (5) O’Level credit passes in relevant subjects in SSCE, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB at not more than two sittings.

​Age Limit: Only candidates who will be 16 years of age and above by 30th September 2026 are eligible to apply.

​FUPRE accepts recognized Certificates, Diplomas, and Degrees quality-assured by the NUC, NBTE, or NCCE. However, the university explicitly states that No Direct Entry consideration will be given for the following courses:

​Logistics & Supply Chain Management

​Petroleum Information Management

​B.Sc. Environmental Management & Toxicology

​B.Sc. Science Laboratory Technology

​2. College of Engineering & Technology

​B.Eng. Electrical Electronic Engineering

​B.Eng. Petrochemical Engineering

​3. College of Maritime & Offshore Studies

​B.Sc. Maritime Economics and Finance

​B.Sc. Maritime Transport and Logistics

​4. College of Petroleum Administration and Management

​B.Sc. Petroleum Information Management

​B.Sc. Logistics & Supply Chain Management

​Candidates are advised to follow these steps to complete their online application:

​Visit the official application portal at https://utme.fupre.edu.ng

​Click on “Generate Invoice” for Post-UTME to make the mandatory payment of N2,000.00.

​Enter your “JAMB Registration Number” to begin and complete the online application form.

​Use a secure PASSWORD that you can easily remember; this will be required to access subsequent screening results and check your admission status.

​Ensure you use the active mobile phone number with which you originally registered for JAMB.

​Preview the completed online form carefully to confirm that all provided information is accurate.

​Click the “SUBMIT” button and print out your registration confirmation page.
