Erasmus Mundus MARIHE Scholarship in Europe 2027 | Fully Funded

Applications are open for the Erasmus Mundus MARIHE Scholarship 2027, a fully funded Master’s programme for international students interested in research, innovation, and higher education management.

The Master in Research and Innovation in Higher Education (MARIHE) is supported by the European Union through the Erasmus+ Erasmus Mundus Joint Master programme. The programme allows students to study across participating European institutions and gain international experience in higher education research and management.

Scholarship Benefits

Successful Erasmus Mundus scholarship recipients may receive:

• €1,400 monthly scholarship
• Funding for the full programme duration, up to 24 months
• Contribution toward travel expenses
• Visa and installation cost support
• Living and subsistence support
• Full-time study for the duration of the Master’s programme

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree equivalent to at least 180 ECTS
• Demonstrate strong motivation and interest in research, innovation, and higher education
• Have sufficient English proficiency for academic study
• Meet the programme’s admission requirements

Previous work experience is not required, although experience in higher education can strengthen an application.

How to Apply

The application process consists of two stages.

First, applicants submit their personal information and required documents through the MARIHE application portal. Eligible applications are reviewed by the MARIHE consortium.

Shortlisted applicants proceed to the second stage, where they are required to submit an additional application document. The final selection is then made by the MARIHE Admission Board.
