Qualifications for non-teaching positions vary depending on the role, with requirements ranging from degrees in specialised disciplines such as Library and Information Science, Psychology and other STEM-related fields to Ordinary National Diploma, Trade Test Certificates or SSCE/WASSCE for positions including Laboratory Attendants, Technicians and ICT staff.
ENSUBEB further stated that applicants with university degrees or Higher National Diplomas must present valid National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) discharge or exemption certificates.
It also emphasised that proficiency in the use of Information and Communication Technology tools is a mandatory requirement for candidates across all categories.
Interested applicants are expected to submit a formal application letter, a detailed curriculum vitae, copies of relevant credentials, a birth certificate or sworn declaration of age, as well as valid contact details.
The board stressed that the recruitment process is entirely free and warned applicants against paying any fees.
According to the notice, applications will close on Friday, August 14, 2026.
