<p>The management of the Delta State Colleges of Nursing Sciences has officially opened admissions for the 2026 academic session. Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for entry into the National Diploma (ND) Nursing Programme across its various campuses in Agbor, Asaba, Eku, Warri, and Sapele.</p>
<p>​Prospective candidates must satisfy the following academic and institutional requirements:</p>
<p>​JAMB Performance: A minimum score of 150 in the UTME. Candidates must proceed to a JAMB accreditation centre to change their preferred institution to any of the Delta State Colleges of Nursing Sciences campuses (Agbor, Warri, Eku, Asaba, or Sapele).</p>
<p>​Age Limit: Applicants must be 16 years or older.</p>
<p>​O&#8217;Level Qualifications: Possess a WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB result with a minimum of 5 credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.</p>
<p>​Sitting Regulations: These credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings for WAEC and NECO, while NABTEB results must be achieved in only one sitting.</p>
<p>​The registration process consists of bank payment, form collection, and online portal completion:</p>
<p>Visit any Zenith Bank branch and make a non-refundable payment of Twenty thousand, five-hundred naira (N20,500.00) only for the application form using the following account details:</p>
<p>​Account Name: Ministry of Health, Dept of Nursing and Midwifery</p>
<p>​After payment, ensure you obtain a bank teller as proof of your transaction.</p>
<p>Take your bank teller to the Bursary department of any of the Colleges of your choice (Agbor, Warri, Eku, Asaba, and Sapele) to obtain your physical application form. This form will contain a UNIQUE ONLINE APPLICATION ID. Carefully fill out the application form with accurate information, ensuring your O&#8217;Level and JAMB data are entered correctly.</p>
<p>​Step 3: Online Registration &; QR Code Generation</p>
<p>Visit the official portal at <a href="http://www.dscns.ng" target="_blank">www.dscns.ng</a> to complete your application process. Enter the unique Application ID from your form in the space provided, click continue, upload your passport photograph, and fill in your data. Save and print your completed unique form online with the generated QR code.</p>
<p>​Final Submission: Submit photocopies of the form and your online printout to your College of choice.</p>
<p>​The computer-based selection screening has been scheduled as follows:</p>
<p>​West Gate ICT Centre: For candidates under Eku, Asaba, and Sapele campuses.</p>
<p>​Delta State Library: For candidates under Warri and Agbor campuses.</p>
<p>​Note: Candidates must bring the original copy of their form and the online printout containing the QR code to the designated venue on the exam date.</p>
