Bryan Cristante is sidelined, and today, October 6th, he attended an Adidas event—”Meet 4 Real”—on Via del Corso, where he met with fans.
The Giallorossi number 4 spoke to reporters in attendance. The midfielder discussed his condition: “It’s a knee problem. I hope to recover as soon as possible, but I think it’s a bit difficult.”
The 1995-born player then focused on the fact that many, including himself, pushed for him to stay in the summer: “I think continuity is crucial. We all want to repeat our performances; we knew we’d start again with a more solid foundation. We want to repeat our performances and do well.”
Cristante then focused on the upcoming fixtures: “We have two big games ahead of us. Como are now rivals, and Real Madrid are still Real Madrid. They’re two important matches, but it’s early and the season is still long. It’s always nice to be reunited with Mourinho; we’ve had some wonderful times together.”
