College football television schedule and predictions for Aug. 29
The final Saturday of 2026 without college football has passed. Thankfully.
There will be eight games on Aug. 29. The season kicks into high gear on Sept. 3 with 11 games games as the catalyst to the first big weekend of college football.
The only ranked team in a game on the first Saturday of college football will be 14th-ranked USC, which plays host to San Jose State at the Coliseum.
