After a wild weekend full of unexpected results, the final six spots in the NCAA baseball super regionals will be determined Monday.
The most stunning development to date was top seed and wire-to-wire No. 1 UCLA’s failure to advance out of its regional. Cal Poly will instead carry the banner forward next weekend in the supers, joining Little Rock (Hattiesburg regional) as the tournament’s Cinderella stories — so far.
Monday’s games could see the likes of Milwaukee, St. John’s or Troy break through as well, but they’ll have to get by seeded teams playing at home to do so.
Three do-or-die power-conference matchups highlight Monday’s slate: No. 2 Georgia Tech meets Oklahoma, No. 16 West Virginia faces Kentucky and No. 12 Texas A&M takes on USC in the nightcap.
Who will take the next step on the road to Omaha? See below for when and where to watch every game.
