Avatar: How Sokka Died After The Last Airbender Ended (& When)

Sokka was only 15 years old during the events of Avatar: The Last Airbenderand around a decade older in Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender, but when and how did he die before The Legend of Korra? After he and his sister Katara found Aang, the titular last Airbender, Sokka’s life was forever changed. He left the Southern Water Tribe behind to help Aang defeat the Fire Nation and stop the Hundred Year War. He became an expert fighter, courageous leader, and loyal ally during this time, despite Avatar: The Last Airbender only depicting less than a year of Sokka’s life.
