Even though it is only November, most major clubs will spend the entire year watching different players and making plans on signings. One team that we all expect to be active is Chelsea, they have been one of the most active spenders and sellers in recent years with a number of young players coming and going since Clearlake took over the operations of the side. According to a report, the Blues are scouting one up and coming striker who is quickly making a name for himself this year.
Chelsea Scouts Watching Nicolo Tresoldi

Prolific Young Striker
Nicolo Tresoldi has been catching the eye this year for his performances at Club Brugge in Belgium and the Champions League. Standing at 6 f00t 1, he has the kind of physical profile that top English clubs desire. In addition, he is considered a “prolific” attacker, who has good movement in the box to get into goalscoring opportunities,
Signed from Hannover 96, the young German has 88 goal contributions in total in his senior career across his time with Hannover, their B-Team, Brugge, and the German U21 setup. This season alone he has managed to net 13 times in 15 appearances, with four coming in the Champions League.
The Last Word on Nicolo Tresoldi
According to Max’s report, Chelsea scouts have been watching the German youngster among a host of other prospects. The Blues are always in the market for a young player and need to continue getting options in the striker spot as Danny Welbeck is a short-term backup and Emmanuel Emegha is another prospect who could miss. Getting Tresoldi would give them another physical, prolific, young striker to see if he can develop into a genuine option for the attack.
Any move will likely come at a cost after such a strong goalscoring start to this campaign for the 22-year-old, but that has never put the English team off of making a signing before.
