Barcelona midfielder Rodri has insisted that the Blaugrana aren’t among the favourites to win the UEFA Champions League this season.
According to the Spain international, the best team doesn’t necessarily win the Champions League.
“I do not think we are the favourites to win the Champions League. Of course, players like myself were signed for this target,” Rodri said as per Mundo Deportivo.
“But I think the Champions League is not necessarily for the best team but a tournament of moments.”
Rodri joined Barcelona from Manchester City during the summer transfer window.
