The Indiana Fever‘s primetime joust with the Atlanta Dream drew plenty of interest, with the prospect of another Caitlin Clark-Angel Reese joust proving eye-catching to the masses of women8217;s basketball enthusiasts.
The first two quarters of the contest largely lived up to the hype. Reese opened up the more productive of the two talents, tallying five rebounds in the first quarter while providing strong defense in the heart of the paint.
Clark, whose Fever came emerged with a 83-71 win in the clash, showed improvement in the second frame, getting her teammates involved in the offense and canning a triple. During the halftime break, however, Clark endured adversity she is unlikely to have experienced often in her basketball career: she vomited during shootaround.

Was Caitlin Clark sick during game vs. Dream?
Clark wasn’t believed to have entered Thursday’s contest with any issues. She wasn’t listed on the injury report and showed no apparent signs of illness during the game’s first two quarters.
