The Milwaukee Brewers know that beating the Los Angeles Dodgers is never going to be an easy task, especially in the MLB playoffs. Milwaukee didn’t exactly help itself either with a couple of errors from pitcher Logan Henderson during Game 2 of the National League Championship Series on Monday at American Family Field in Milwaukee.
A throwing error by Henderson in the third inning allowed Dodgers second baseman Tommy Edman to bring in the go-ahead run.

The Brewers have been an exemplary baseball team for most of the 2026 MLB season, but they have also struggled with self-inflicted wounds in the postseason. Henderson’s second error in Game 2 of the Dodgers series was Milwaukee’s seventh of the playoffs — and one that put him in an unenviable place in history.
“Logan Henderson is only the 2nd pitcher in MLB postseason history to make an error on 2 different run-scoring plays in the same game …He joins the Cardinals Max Lanier in Game 1 of the 1942 World Series,” ESPN Insights shared via a social media post on X, formerly Twitter.
Henderson was later lifted from the mound for Dustin May. Before he exited his start, Henderson allowed two earned runs on three hits with two strikeouts in four innings of work.
The 24-year-old right-hander Henderson surely regrets those errant throws, but the 7-4 win win over the reigning World Series champions should greatly mitigate the impact of those errors on him — and the Brewers, for that matter.
