Brad Jackson is 'a Sunday player:' Fans react to wild Texas State rally vs Boise State
Win or lose Saturday, Texas State football put its new conference on notice. After falling behind by more than 20 points to one of the best Pac-12 teams in the country this year, the Bobcats led a furious rally Saturday.
At halftime, Texas State was down 28-3 to Boise State, but a 22-0 third quarter got the Bobcats right back in the game. In the fourth, GJ Kinne’s team actually captured the lead on the road. Boise State, a College Football Playoff team in 2024, fought back but threw a pick-six down four points to put its own rally in jeopardy.
