ADUSTECH releases approved second semester academic calendar, 2025/2026

This is to inform all students that the Senate of the Aliko Dangote University of Science and Technology, Wudil (ADUSTECH) has released the approved academic calendar for the second semester of the 2025/2026 academic session.

The publication outlines key dates for lectures, examinations, result processing, and the anticipated commencement of the subsequent academic year.

​Monday 1st June – Friday 21st Aug. 2026 (12 Weeks): Lectures

​Eid el-Kabir Holiday: Thursday, 28th May, 2026.

​Democracy Day Holiday: Friday, 12th June, 2026.

​1st Continuous Assessment and Add & Drop: Monday, 6th July – Friday, 10th July, 2026.

​2nd Continuous Assessment: Monday, 20th – Friday, 24th Aug. 2026.

​Monday 13th – Friday 17th July, 2026 (1 Week): Mid-Semester Break

​Monday, 24th Aug. – Friday, 11th Sept. 2026 (3 Weeks): Second Semester Examinations

​Marking, Computations, and Submission of Results

​Monday, 14th Sept. – Friday 25th Sept. 2026 (2 weeks): Submission of Request for Incomplete Status

​Monday 14th Sept. – Friday 2nd Oct. 2026 (3 weeks): Marking and Computation of Results

​Monday, 5th Oct. – Friday 16th Oct. 2026 (2 weeks): Departmental Board Meetings

​Technical Training and Next Session Commencement

​Monday 14th Sept. – Friday 11th Dec. 2026 (13 weeks): Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) and Students Work Experience Programme (SWEP)
