Brazil defender, Andreyna is anticipating a difficult test against Nigeria’s Flamingos in the semi-final of the 2026 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup.
The South Americans will battle Nigeria for a place in the final at the Mohammed VI Football Complex, Pitch 3, Rabat on Wednesday night.
Rilany Silva’s side are desperate to win the trophy for the first time but must first get past the highly ambitious Flamingos to reach the final.
The Brazilians are also yet to taste defeat in Morocco, although they showed strong character in the victories over China PR and Poland.
Andreyna reckoned the Flamingos will make things difficult for them in the game.
“I expect a very tough match,” the centre back told FIFA.
“Not just because it’s against Nigeria, but because it’s a World Cup semi-final. The team that makes the fewest mistakes and executes their game plan the best will win this one.”
Tonight’s encounter will kick off at 7pm Nigerian time.
