NFL training camps open later this month, and that means some final offseason content with lists and rankings. PFF ranked the 32 projected starting quarterbacks in the NFL. We saw where Cardinals quarterback Jacoby Brissett was ranked. We looked at the four quarterbacks in the NFC West and where they stand.

As Brissett is ranked No. 31, he is outranked in every single game, unless Mendoza starts in Week 17.
