The Detroit Lions (1-1) close their 2026 preseason slate on Saturday afternoon with a date at the Indianapolis Colts (0-1-1).
It’s one final opportunity for players on both squads to show that they belong on their teams’ initial 53-man rosters. The Lions opened preseason play by falling at the Cincinnati Bengals, 16-14. Detroit responded with a 17-13 win over the Washington Commanders last week.
Indianapolis opened with a 13-13 tie at the New England Patriots before losing against the Atlanta Falcons last week, 34-6.
