Today’s matches include the Netherlands vs. Uzbekistan, France vs. Northern Ireland and the highly anticipated Spain vs. Peru. As the days near the official kickoff, teams are continuing to fine-tune their rosters and lineups.

Here is everything you need to know about international friendlies today and how to watch in New York.

• 2:45 p.m. – Netherlands vs Uzbekistan
• 3:10 p.m. – France vs Northern Ireland
• 10:00 p.m. – Peru vs Spain

Here is the week’s lineup for international friendlies ahead of the World Cup. These games help coaches and players make last-minute gameplay and team decisions ahead of Thursday’s kickoff.

Tuesday, June 9

• 11:00 p.m. – DR Congo vs Chile
• 7:00 p.m. – Saudi Arabia vs Senegal
• 8:30 p.m. – Argentina vs Iceland

Wednesday, June 10

• 12:00 a.m. – Guatemala vs Austria

The 2026 FIFA World Cup will start on Thursday, June 11.

This year will mark the largest tournament in history as 48 teams set out to compete across North America. Here is the upcoming schedule of matches:

• Group stage: June 11-June 27
• Round of 32: June 28-July 3
• Round of 16: July 4-7
• Quarterfinals: July 9-11
• Semifinals: July 14 and 15
• Third-place match: July 18
• World Cup final: July 19

Match times will vary throughout the day as they will be played in different cities and time zones.

The majority of the World Cup games will air on major TV networks in the U.S. and will be relatively easy to watch with cable TV.

English-language coverage of games will be on FOX and FS1, including knockout rounds and the final.

Telemundo will air 92 games on its free over-the-air station, with the other 12 airing on Universo.

If you don’t have cable, some streaming services, like YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV, Fubo and DirecTV will have the same channels airing the World Cup games. FOX’s app and direct-to-customer options will also have access to the matches.
