What can Golden State afford following Draymond Green deal?

After re-signing Draymond Green to a one-year deal worth $27.7 million, the Warriors don’t have much financial flexibility remaining. Assuming De’Anthony Melton returns on the taxpayer mid-level, Golden State would be hard-capped to the second apron.

However, according to NBA analyst Yossi Gozlan, the Warriors have just enough room to fill their three vacant roster spots with minimum contracts. DeMar DeRozan and Bradley Beal could fit this category, but Golden State would have plenty of competition from other suitors.

Other options at forward who are strong 3-point shooters include Nic Batum and Doug McDermott. A reunion with Seth Curry could still be in the cards as well.
