Vote for the Petoskey-area Athlete of the Week Sept. 21-26

The Petoskey News-Review Athlete of the Week is back for the fall sports season!

All results for this week’s poll come from Tuesday, Sept. 21 through Saturday, Sept. 26 from Emmet and Charlevoix Counties.

Congratulations to Charlevoix football player Conor Vondra, who earned the Athlete of the Week honor last week. Vondra edged out Petoskey’s James Holt in a big voting week. The first-year Rayder player has been electric on the offensive side of the ball, while adding some big plays defensively for Charlevoix.

Vote for these athletes from Monday, Sept. 28 to 4 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 1. Look for another Athlete of the Week from the Petoskey-area next week.

Coaches, Athletic Directors, parents, concession workers, guy jogging past the stadium and anyone else…please make sure stats or notable performances are sent to Drew Kochanny at dkochanny@petoskeynews.com before Monday morning to be included in Athlete of the Week.
