Vote for Seacoast girls lacrosse Player of the Year for 2026

Coaches from each team were invited to nominate a player for Seacoast high school girls lacrosse Player of the Year for the 2026 season.

Read on to see the nominees and vote for your choice.

Voting can be completed through the ballot below. Voting closes at midnight Thursday, July 2.

The winner will be announced in a story published Friday, July 3 at seacoastonline.com/sports and fosters.com/sports.

Benevides was a Division I all-state first-team selection this season, helping the Blue Hawks advance to the Division I semifinal. Benevides had 77 goals and four assists this season. She also had 34 groundballs and 40 caused turnovers.

Emery, a Division II all-state first-team selection, set a Winnacunnet record this season with 108 points – 28 goals and 60 assists. She graduates as the program’s career assist leader with 120.

Gregg was one of 10 across the state of New Hampshire to be named a USA Lacrosse All-American. She totaled 107 goals and 37 assists this season.

Guay, who had 148 saves on the season, was a Western Maine Conference Class C all-conference selection, and helped lead the Rangers to the Class C semifinals.

Lin, a captain for the Red Raiders, had 41 goals and 16 assists.

Poitras was a Southwestern Maine Activities Association (SMAA) Class A first-team selection. Poitras had 78 goals and 21 assists this season. She also had 111 draw controls, 25 caused turnovers and 49 groundballs. She graduates as the Marshwood leader in goals (217) and assists (91).

Royal was a Division II all-state first-team selection this season for the Bobcats. She had 66 goals, 17 assists, 38 groundballs, 11 caused turnovers and 30 draw controls. During the season, Royal reached the 300-point mark for her career.

Small was a Division I all-state second-team selection this season. She finished the year with 56 caused turnovers, and 94 for her career. She also had 45 groundballs and 12 points.

Vinciguerra was a Division I all-state first-team selection this season for the Clippers. She had 38 goals, eight assists, 123 draw controls, 11 groundballs and 16 caused turnovers, helping Portsmouth to its third straight Division I state championship.
