Monday was a frustrating night for Jayson Tatum and the Boston Celtics.
Tatum led the Celtics with 19 points, nine assists and six rebounds, but he shot 5-for-16 from the field and committed five turnovers in a 109-93 loss to the Houston Rockets.
After Boston’s loss, BrickCenter shared a video on X of Tatum knocking over a hand sanitizer dispenser.
There’s just one problem: Tatum knocked it over during halftime, not after the game.

Tatum appeared frustrated with how the first half ended. He drove to the basket, missed a layup and ended up sprawled out on the hardwood.
“Jayson Tatum frustrated by the lack of a whistle, but he’ll head to the locker room without any protesting,” Celtics announcer Drew Carter said on the broadcast.
That’s when the hand sanitizer met its demise.
Tatum, meanwhile, appeared much more relaxed at the final buzzer. He was seen exchanging pleasantries with several members of Houston’s team.
As it turns out, Tatum’s viral moment wasn’t a reaction to Boston’s loss.
