But their firepower faltered in the next round when they faced No. 4 seeds Belinda Bencic and Flavio Cobolli. The Swiss-Italian pair sealed a straight-sets win, knocking out the Williams-Alcaraz pairing and ending their bid to further enthrall the crowd with their game.
