University of Melbourne Graduate Research Scholarship 2026 in Australia | Fully Funded

The University of Melbourne is accepting applications for its 2026 Graduate Research Scholarship, offering fully funded support to outstanding domestic and international students pursuing Master’s by Research and PhD programmes in Australia.

The scholarship provides comprehensive financial assistance, including full tuition fee coverage, an annual living allowance of AUD 39,500, a relocation grant of up to AUD 3,000, and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for eligible international students. More than 300 graduate research scholarships are awarded each year to exceptional candidates.

To qualify, applicants must have applied for an eligible graduate research programme at the University of Melbourne or already be enrolled in one. Selection is based on academic achievement and research potential.

One of the advantages of this scholarship is that eligible applicants are automatically considered once they apply for admission to a qualifying graduate research degree before the application deadline. No separate scholarship application is required.
