UNGA81: Our country was dead two years ago — Trump tells world leaders

The United States President, Donald Trump, has said the country was dead two years ago following its invasion by what he described as illegal aliens.

The president, however, said the country now has the most secure border in its history, noting that the country’s border was the worst and most dangerous in the world before he took office.

Trump made the remark on Tuesday while addressing world leaders at the General Debate of the ongoing 81st Session of the UN General Assembly at the UN headquarters in New York.

According to the president, “Two years ago, our country was dead, but now we have the hottest country anywhere in the world.”

He said that since he took over power, nobody comes into the country “unless they’re invited and have permission.”

He further stated that in the last 16 months, “zero illegal aliens have been admitted” into the country.
