The United Christian Education FoundationUCEF Scholarship for Christian Undergraduate StudentsScholarship(UCEFS) has commenced applications for its undergraduate scholarship programme designed to support financially disadvantaged Christian students studying in federal and state universities across Nigeria’s South-East and South-South regions.
The scholarship programme aims to help students overcome financial barriers while promoting academic excellence, leadership development, and spiritual growth among beneficiaries.
Applicants interested in the UCEF Scholarship Programme must meet the following conditions:
- Applicants must be Nigerian students studying in federal or state universities located in the South-East or South-South regions of Nigeria.
- Candidates must be active members of a Christian congregation or Christian organisation.
- First-year students must have scored at least 200 in JAMB.
- Returning students must possess a minimum CGPA of 3.5 on a 5-point scale.
- Applicants benefiting from another scholarship programme are not eligible.
- Polytechnic and postgraduate students are not eligible for the scholarship.
According to the organisers, the scholarship application is completely free, and applicants are advised not to pay money to anyone claiming to represent the foundation.
Eligible candidates are expected to complete the online application form through the official application portal provided by the foundation.
