Leicester City winger, Jeremy Monga, preferred to join Arsenal ahead of Chelsea and Manchester United, respectively.
Monga has been linked with the three Premier League clubs this summer transfer window.
However, according to Fabrizio Romano, the Gunners are now pushing ahead with a deal for the youngster as the player has indicated that he would agree on a move to Premier League champions.
The Foxes face the prospect of losing Monga this summer after they recently relegation from the Championship.
Monga, 16, had agreed a professional contract with Leicester, which starts when he turns 17 on July 10 and enables the English club to command a transfer fee for him.
