Texas student nailed $1.2M 'College GameDay' kick with Matthew McConaughey hyping him

A Texas student drilled Pat McAfee’s College GameDay kicking challenge on Saturday ahead of the Longhorns playing Ohio State.

Connor, the student in question with the strong leg, booted the field goal with actor and big Texas fan Matthew McConaughey cheering him on for the victorious kick.

Anytime somebody hits the College GameDay kick, it’s a big deal. Connor will take home $600k of the $1.2 million pot, with $600k going to charity.

What a cool moment here ahead of Saturday’s big Texas-OSU game. Imagine kicking a million-plus dollars through the uprights and an Oscar winner waiting to celebrate with you on the other end.
