Runners, hikers and walkers can hit the trails at Seminole State Forest next February for the 7th annual Run for the Woods.
The event is scheduled for Feb. 14, 2027, at 7:30 a.m. at the Bear Pond Trailhead in Sorrento.
Participants can choose from a 5K, 12K or half-marathon through the forest trails.
The event also welcomes mobility-impaired athletes using Eco Rover tracked chairs, designed to make outdoor trails more accessible.
Registration is now open, with prices ranging from $55 to $75.
