Seattle Seahawks QB Sam Darnold (quadriceps, ribs) did not practice Wednesday, Nov. 4, and has been ruled out for the Week 9 game against the Arizona Cardinals.
Why it Matters: With Darnold sidelined, Drew Lock will be back under center. Lock filled in admirably when Darnold missed time with a hip injury earlier this year, and he threw three touchdowns in a start against the Cardinals. Don’t be surprised if he has another solid performance in the rematch, and Lock can be a QB2 streaming option.
