We have reached the conclusion of another week of the NFL offseason, and while not much is happening with the Arizona Cardinals, it is time to check in on the rest of the NFC West to see what has been going on with the Cardinals’ division rivals.
What is new with the Los Angeles Rams?
Below are a few stories from the last week about the Rams that Cardinals fans should know.
The Cardinals hope that with the signing of Isaac Seumalo and the selection of Chase Bisontis in the second round that they have a great pair of guards. The Rams already have one of the best guard duos with Kevin Dotson and Steve Avila.
The Rams acquired cornerback Trent McDuffie in a trade this offseason to shore up their defense. That is a big addition, as McDuffie is a top-10 corner in these rankings.
There has been chatter about legendary defensive tackle Aaron Donald coming out of retirement to join the Rams in 2026. Add some fuel to the fire, as he was spotted at the Rams’ training facility.
Stafford had a special season in 2025, earning league MVP honors. However, according to these numbers, were it not for drops, he would have had an even better season.
The Rams used Davante Adams a lot near the end zone, as he led the NFL with 14 receiving touchdowns. The Rams targeted him 16 times inside the five-yard line, the most of any Rams player since 2000.
