Quillan Salkilld races up lightweight ladder in latest UFC rankings update, ‘Gamer’ goes south

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) recently updated its official rankings following the UFC Vegas 120 mixed martial arts (MMA) event last weekend on Paramount+. Surging lightweight contender Quillan Salkilld jumped up to No. 6 after his dominant submission win over veteran bruiser Mateusz Gamrot, while “Gamer” tumbled three spots to No. 9. In addition, women’s strawweight phenom Alexia Thainara rose three spots in the 115-pound weight class by taking down fellow Brazilian Amanda Lemos.
