Prime Video Officially Loses Russell Crowe's Best-Reviewed Crime Classic

Fans of Russell Crowe‘s work were spoiled for choice in the last few weeks, with Netflix having debuted the psychological drama film Unabomber, which has since passed the 50 million views mark on the streamer. Around the same time, Crowe starred alongside Ethan Hawke in the Western drama film The Weight, which has now been released on the PVOD market. The Weight is notable for being the best-reviewed film that Crowe has starred in since 1999’s The Insider, directed by Michael Mann. The best-reviewed movie of Crowe’s entire acting career was also released in the 1990s. It’s currently streaming on Prime Video in the United States, but only for a little while longer.
