The Wisconsin Badgers are finally turning the ship around as they stand at a 4-1 record in the 2026 season.
That being said, there are still plenty of games to go and still a lot to figure out about this team.
Today’s task is to predict the final score of the season’s final seven games to wrap up the slate.
This will probably be a game decided by the arm of Colton Joseph. Both the UCLA offense and the Badgers‘ defense will have moments of strength and could largely cancel each other out. If this is a game that is put on Joseph and this offense to compile a winning drive, can they do it?
Final Score: UCLA 24-21 Wisconsin
The Trojans are in a peculiar place under head coach Lincoln Riley, where any win can kickstart their season, but any loss can completely derail it. With this being one of the two remaining ranked teams this year, it could provide a fork in the road for both coaches.
Final Score: Wisconsin 35-31 USC
Not many losses are going to be excused on a schedule, but if there are any that are more acceptable, it could be a trip to one of the most passionate fan bases there are. This is bound to be a grueling matchup that will be decided by which defense breaks first.
Final Score: Iowa 21-17 Wisconsin
No game is easy in a conference like this, but if there is any, it may come in the form of the now 1-4 Scarlett Knights. With this game at home and potentially being a bowl clincher, this should be a game for the Badgers to take advantage of.
Final Score: Wisconsin 28-10 Rutgers
Maryland
The Terps are on a three-game skid, and with the way the rest of the games are looking, a third win on the year is looking harder and harder. Maryland has gamebreakers like quarterback Malik Washington and wideout Na’eem Abdul-Rahim Gladding, but as long as they can put up with a couple of excellent plays from Washington, the Badgers should handle this game easily.
Final Score: Wisconsin 28-13 Maryland
The Boilermakers are starting to turn things around. This may be a game the Badgers win by two scores, but it will be a real test to push past them, and if this is a game Wisconsin doesn’t take all four quarters seriously, there is a real chance of an upset
Final Score: Wisconsin 20-10 Purdue
While it will come off as unpopular, PJ Fleck is as consistent a coach as they come. Since 2021, the Gophers have finished with fewer than eight wins once, and with Minnesota up to four wins already this season, carried by a strong defense, in a rivalry game, this is a coin flip.
Final Score: Minnesota 24-21 Wisconsin
