Paul Pogba has left Monaco after his contract was terminated by mutual consent a year ahead of time.
Pogba joined Monaco last summer as a free agent following the expiration of a doping ban he was handed in 2024.
The former Manchester United and Juventus midfielder was not fit at the time, however, and he managed just six appearances for Monaco in all competitions.
He made just one start, and played for a total of 115 minutes.

Pogba has now been released from his contract early and is a free agent.
“I would like to thank the president and the management, my team-mates, all the staff members and every supporter who believed in me,” the 33-year-old said.
“Representing this club and the principality was an incredible experience.
“Monaco is an incredible club and although I did not play as many games as I had hoped, I will always be grateful for the opportunity to wear their colours.”
Monaco finished seventh in Ligue 1 last season.
