PlayStation Plus Officially Makes 10/10 Trilogy Completely Free

This month’s list of free games on PlayStation Plus is a little heftier this month, with the normal three titles being a little more than the titles suggest. In fact, one of the three games coming to all three tiers of PlayStation Plus subscribers this November is actually a top-tier trilogy, particularly for action game fans, offering up a 3-in-1 deal for members.

The new free titles offered on PlayStation Plus cycle out on the first Tuesday of each month. Last month’s games will cycle out on the Monday just before. Those who haven’t gotten the free PS Plus games in October might want to grab Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2, F1 25, and Hunt: Showdown 1896 before they are replaced with the games for the coming month on November 3, 2026.

Coming to PlayStation Plus Essential subscribers this month are Monster Train 2, Dead Island 2, and Tomb Raider 4–6 Remastered. The first two are standalone titles, but Tomb Raider 4–6 Remastered isn’t just one game. It includes the last two Lara Croft adventures released on the PlayStation, alongside the first one on the PlayStation 2.

The three titles included in Tomb Raider 4 -6 Remastered are:

  • Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation
  • Tomb Raider: Chronicles
  • Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness

Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation and Tomb Raider: Chronicles were released on the PlayStation in 1999 and 2000 respectively. Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness was the first game in the series on the PlayStation 2 and was released in 2003. While these titles are not as popular among fans as the original trilogy, which also has a remastered 1-3 collection, they do have plenty of integral lore to the Lara Croft story and are must-plays for those who want to know more about Lara and her past.

All three titles in this release feature improved visuals, but no core gameplay changes. Those who can’t stand tank controls may want to stay away, but those familiar with classic Tomb Raider titles will find themselves right at home with these compelling remasters. The new visuals are also not mandatory. Anyone wanting the classic crunchy PlayStation and PlayStation 2 graphics can switch to classic visuals instead of the newer ones.

Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation sees Lara in Cambodia and Egypt, tasking her with helping the Egyptian god Horus fight off the forces of his opposing god, Set. The Last Revelation is a direct sequel to the former and features multiple glimpses into a younger Lara’s adventures. The third and final part of this story-bound trilogy, The Angel of Darkness sends Lara to Paris and Prague to finish the tale her former mentor started.

All three Tomb Raider games together offer dozens of hours of playtime and feature themes that are most certainly a product of their time, but they are more than worth a playthrough, especially for modern fans of the series. And with new Tomb Raider games like Legacy of Atlantis on the way, it’s the perfect time to check these out. These three titles have stood the test of time despite their control schemes, and are more than worthy to be picked up by PlayStation Plus Essential members for free this November.
