Today marks the “Adidas Era” at Penn State, with the Nittany Lions switching from Nike to Adidas for at least the next 10 years. At 12 a.m. on the dot, all of Penn State Athletic accounts sent out a variation of this video.

One of the big concerns from the fanbase in the last few weeks and days was what the uniforms would look like. Would they add stripes on the shoulder pads?! Would the numbers be the correct size?! WHAT ABOUT THE PANTONE!!!??
Well, I have good news. The uniform is the same.

I know many across Nittany Nation where hoping for a return of the white/blue contrasting collar, but otherwise, not sure there’s much else reason to be upset with the uniform. It’s the same one Penn State has worn for decades, just with an Adidas logo instead of Nike.
