Penn state hold interest in 2028 3 star O-lineman

Penn State’s start on the 2028 recruiting cycle has proven to be very fruitful. As the coaching staff tries to avoid the same mistakes of 2027, they have gotten an early start on some potentially key recruits. One of them appears to be a three-star offensive lineman who has gained some buzz over the past couple of weeks. Carl Noisette may be casting a wide net, but the Nittany Lions truly believe they have gotten off on the right foot.

Noisette is out of Gainesville, Georgia and is currently the No. 46 overall lineman in his class. He gained national prominence with his standout sophomore season, and a transfer to his local high school could continue to see his star rise. He will be protecting a four-star prospect who has already committed as well, making his career trajectory that much more important for the Nittany Lions.

Currently, at 6′-1″ and 265 pounds, he is on the smaller side and definitely would not stack up well with Penn State’s other young linemen. When you throw in the fact that there are several players who will continue to be eligible in 2028 and beyond as well, Noisette may not immediately have a clear-cut role in the squad. Still, the Nittany Lions have not necessarily focused on O-line recruitment until now. With four offensive linemen in their 2027 class, they seem to already be planning for the future. Noisette could become one of their biggest investments.
