According to sources at BILD, Exequiel Palacios himself has not yet personally stated that he wants to leave Bayer Leverkusen.
This information comes after Ipswich Town became the first club to submit an official offer for Palacios in recent hours.
The popular German tabloid understands that the Premier League promotee is said to have bid around €20million.
However, as previously revealed, the Rhineland club would only be open to negotiations for the Argentinean at double that amount.
Earlier today, Palacios, Axel Tuanzebe and Jarell Quansah all took part in the last session training before their trip to England.
