Olise loses the plot, sent off after lashing out

The Frenchman completely lost it!

A miserable Champions League night for France’s magician. Struggling away at Viking Stavanger, Michael Olise lost his head and picked up a red card that was entirely avoidable.

After initially being booked for a foul to stop a counterattack, the right winger received a second yellow just seconds later.

The reason? The Bayern Munich player simply threw the ball at his opponent’s head right in front of the referee.

An uncharacteristic meltdown from a player whose reputation had been spotless until now. This major mistake will cost Bayern Munich dearly, however, as they will have to do without him for next week’s showdown with Arsenal.
