Roma have officially announced the transfer of Marash Kumbulla to Rayo Vallecano.
This is the Albanian center-back’s third loan in Spain in the last three seasons.
Two seasons ago, he was loaned to Espanyol, and last season to Mallorca.
Now, Roma and Rayo Vallecano have finalized the loan deal with an option to buy. Below is the statement from the Giallorossi club.
“AS Roma announces that it has reached an agreement with Rayo Vallecano on Marash Kumbulla’s transfer.
The deal is a loan with an option to buy.

The defender collected 68 appearances with Roma, scoring four goals and playing in the UEFA Conference League in 2022 that the team won.
