Didn’t spot C John Michael Schmitz or DL Anquin Barnes at practice. Both left early yesterday. Schmitz likely in the concussion protocol.

Bryan Hudson got all the first-team center reps and Jake Kubas was the No. 2 center with Lucas Patrick not participating in team periods.…

Things to watch for on Saturday

  • Will the offense be able to sustain its momentum from Friday? The defense responded with dominance after the offense won the first day of camp.
  • Who will play center with starter John Michael Schmitz and backup Lucas Patrick dealing with injuries?
  • Is there a shakeup on the cornerback depth chart? Paulson Adebo seems to be sliding down to the second team while Deonte Banks gets more first team reps.
  • Can Odell Beckham Jr. and Dalen Cambre keep their pushes for roster spots going?
  • John Harbaugh has said the team will work on goal line situations. Can they find running room against a defense that was having none of it on Friday?
  • Will either Dominic Zvada or Ben Sauls gain an edge in the kicking competition?

The team will travel back to their own facilities tomorrow before getting back to work in advance of facing the Minnesota Vikings in their first preseason game next weekend. The Giants will host the Vikings at MetLife Stadum on Saturday, August 15th, at 1 p.m.
