Noche UFC 4 odds: Jean Silva opens as big betting favorite over Yair Rodriguez

Jean Silva is already getting plenty of respect from oddsmakers (again).

The top Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Featherweight contender welcomes former interim Featherweight champion and title challenger Yair Rodriguez back to action in the main event of Noche UFC 4 next month, which goes down Sat., Sept. 12, 2026, inside Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona.

And “Lord” has opened as a sizable betting favorite over the Mexican UFC star.

According to BetOnline, Silva opened as a -280 favorite, while the comeback on Rodriguez was +230. After a couple hours of the odds being available, Silva dipped slightly to -265.

Silva (17-3) is coming off a statement win over Arnold Allen at UFC 324, which got him back into the win column and put him right back into the Featherweight title conversation.

Since then, Silva has been loudly campaigning for a shot at Alexander Volkanovski — even going as far as saying he would leave the promotion if he were to lose in a potential title fight.

He obviously did not get the title fight.

Instead, Silva gets another massive five-round Noche main event against one of the most dangerous and creative strikers in the division.

Rodriguez (20-5) will be returning from a 17-month layoff when he enters the cage at Noche UFC 4. “El Pantera” was last in action against Patricio Pitbull, defeating him via unanimous decision at UFC 314, which snapped a two-fight losing streak.

Now, Rodriguez gets a chance to spoil Silva’s title push while headlining UFC’s Mexican Independence Day weekend event.
