Newcastle United is interested in RB Leipzig winger Antonio Nusa, according to The Chronicle.
The Magpies are said to be looking at the Norway international as they search for attacking reinforcements. Nusa is currently with Norway at the 2026 World Cup, where he started the wins over Iraq and Senegal, and his performances have kept him in the transfer spotlight.
RB Leipzig is reportedly prepared to consider offers worth around €50 million. The 21-year-old remains under contract until 2029, so the Bundesliga club is under no pressure to sell unless the right bid arrives.
Newcastle is not the only club following the situation. Bayern Munich, Juventus, Tottenham Hotspur, and Crystal Palace have also been named as possible suitors, although there has not yet been a serious formal approach.
A move to Bayern looks less clear at this stage, especially with the German champion already closing in on Ismail Saibari from PSV Eindhoven. Newcastle’s interest appears stronger, particularly as the club continues to reshape its attacking options.
Nusa joined Leipzig with a growing reputation as one of Norway’s brightest attacking talents, and his speed, dribbling, and ability to play from wide areas could make him a prime target for Newcastle, which needs to find a replacement for Gordon, who departed for Barcelona.
