Nebraska alum Keisei Tominaga shines in FIBA play against Qatar

Nebraska basketball alum Keisei Tominaga had an incredible game earlier this week in the FIBA Basketball World Cup. Put on a show against Qatar and showed the same explosive skill set Huskers fans saw in Lincoln.

All told, the scorer tallied 23 points, four assists, and four three-pointers made. He showed his trademark ability to shoot the ball and his floater. It was a complete game from Tominaga, who has impressed on the world stage multiple times. It is a reminder of what he did with the program and the type of impact he had.

Overall, he recorded 11.4 points per game to go along with 1.8 rebounds over the course of a three-year career with the Huskers. He was an electrifying sharpshooter for the program; it was a key component of their 2023-24 run to the NCAA Tournament.

He was one of the purest scorers during his time at the collegiate level, and it appears that nothing has changed in that regard.

Keisei Tominaga is a guaranteed BUCKET 🪣
