After blowing out the Ducks in Game 1 on Saturday, 11-3, Texas got a response from the Big Ten team on Sunday. First inning homers by Aiden Robbins and Carson Tinney gave the Longhorns a quick 2-0 lead, but Oregon scored five unanswered runs between the second and seventh innngs. Texas loaded the bases in the eighth, however, and Rodriguez’s clutch hit brought home Anthony Pack Jr. and Tinney with the tying and go-ahead runs.
