The news came as a bit of a shock to NBA fans on Tuesday night when ESPN’s Shams Charania started posting on social media about a six-team trade.

While actually an assembly of previously reported deals all combined together, it’s still fascinating, and it involved the Dallas Mavericks, Milwaukee Bucks, Detroit Pistons, Washington Wizards, Los Angeles Clippers and Memphis Grizzlies.

On Wednesday, the NBA released the full details on the league’s official transaction page.

Some draft pick specifics and cash details aren’t included on that page, but we can get a much closer picture from the official log.

6-team trade details

This is how each team did in the trade:

• Mavericks get: Santi Aldama (from Grizzlies), Marcus Sasser (from Pistons)
• Clippers get: Draft considerations from Pistons
• Bucks get: Caris LeVert (from Pistons), draft considerations from Pistons
• Grizzlies get: AJ Johnson (from Mavericks), D’Angelo Russell (from Wizards), Isaiah Stewart (from Pistons), draft considerations from Mavs and Wizards
• Wizards get: Khris Middleton (from Mavs), draft considerations from Mavs
• Pistons get: John Collins (from Clippers), Taurean Prince (from Bucks), Gary Harris (from Bucks), draft considerations from Grizzlies

These were a bunch of deals agreed upon in smaller fashion that the teams decided to combine.

It gives them just a little bit more flexibility in moving draft picks and money around, and it also creates a little bit of fun for the GMs in the process.

With the moves reported on the NBA’s official transactions page, it means this deal has gone through without any issues. So the six-team trade is complete.
